Q: What is the shipping time?
A: Shipping times vary depending on your location. Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days.

  • Europe: 3–7 business days

  • USA & Canada: 4–8 business days

  • Rest of the world: 8–11 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary slightly due to customs or local postal delays. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.

 

Q: What is the shipping cost?
A: We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders over $19. For orders under $19, a flat shipping fee of $4.50 applies.

 

Q: Where can I track my order?
A: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Simply click the link to track your package in real time. If you haven’t received your tracking information, please check your spam folder or contact our customer support team.  

 

Q: Help, my order is missing!
A: We're sorry to hear that! If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery time, please first check the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

If the tracking shows no updates or your package appears lost, contact our customer support team and we’ll investigate the issue and help resolve it as quickly as possible.
